Terms.... Preferred payment is Cash, Check, or Cashier’s Check. Credit card accepted with a $35 administration fee and a 2.6% convenience fee. Wire transfer with a $15 federal fee. Payment is expected on day of sale. After 4 days (auction day being day 1) a 2% late fee will be added each day to all unpaid balances. Sales tax will be added to taxable items. NO purchases shall be removed from yard unless invoice is paid in full. All purchases must be removed from the premises 13 days after the auction; date will be posted and attached to buyer invoice. Items still in the yard after said date will start accumulation a $25.00 per lot, per day storage fee which will continue to accrue each day. DMV purchases will be charged a $25 handling fee and will take 20 days for us to supply buyer with all paperwork needed to take to DMV for registration. While descriptions are believed correct, the Auctioneers or Owners make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything sold “as is, where is". All sales are final; Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and hold the Auction Company and Owners free of any liability in the event of theft or disappearance of any items purchased. All purchases must be checked out by an authorized Auction Company representative before leaving premises. The auctioneer and/or the Auction Company disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any property, to you yourself, any persons accompanying you, hired by you, her on your behalf for any reason resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring in or about the sales area or premises, or in or about or appurtenant to the area or premises whereon said sale is being held. Auction Company or its representatives are not responsible for those units consigned but not presented on sale day.
